One of the most decorated distance runners in FAMU history, Judith Kibii arrived on
campus in 2014 and immediately became a cornerstone of the program. She earned
All-MEAC honors ten times, appeared twice on the Commissioner’s All-Academic
Team, and served as the featured athlete on the 2018 All-Academic roster. Kibii helped
FAMU win multiple MEAC Cross-Country Championships, extending the record streak
to seven titles (2012–2018), following teammates Cynthia Chelelgo and Effiey Kosgei.
