Thank you for your interest in vending with Florida A&M Athletics. Attached are the required documents and information for vending for the 2025 football season. Food vendors must complete and submit all forms to AthleticsVending@famu.edu. The Department of Health forms are submitted and paid directly to the Leon County Health Department. The Florida A&M Vendor applications, contract and fees are submitted to:  FAMU Athletics, 1835 Althea Gibson Way, Lua Bartley, Tallahassee, FL., 32307 or AthleticsVending@famu.edu.

Pepsi's competitor products, their logos or anything related, are NOT permitted on the campus of Florida A&M University. Vendors are permitted to sell for the specific athletic-sponsored event (i.e. football games) for which the application is submitted. Specific time periods should be noted and the vendor is only permitted to sell during that period. The approved application does not provide the vendor authority to sell at other university events.  Additionally vendors desiring to sell food items, other than concessions, are required to submit a waiver request and the supporting documentation.
