Once the application has been submitted here is a step by step of the steps that occur after the application process.
Along with the application process there is a fee.
CLC requires an application fee that covers the up-front processing and review of each application. This fee varies based on the type of license and the number of institutions being pursued. The non-refundable application fee must be submitted with an application. The first-year administration fee is only required if an application is approved and a license is granted.
- Internal Licenses: $250 non-refundable application fee; no first-year administration fee
- Retail – Single Institution: $250 non-refundable application fee; no first-year administration fee
- Retail – Multiple Institutions: $500 non-refundable application fee; $125 first-year administration fee per approved school; maximum of 25 schools
