Biography

2012:  Maxey was a part of the Rattler safety rotation as he saw action in nine game garnering 19 tackles (16 UA, 3 Asst),  and one forced fumble on the season.  Maxey garnered  a season high seven tackles against Delaware State (9-22-12) and five tackles against South Carolina State (10-20-12). 

High School:  Maxey was a three-sport athlete at William Raines High School in Jacksonville, Fla., as he lettered in soccer, track and field and football.

Personal:  George Elijah Maxey was born on March 26, 1993 to Angela and George Maxey in Akron, Ohio.  He has three siblings:  Devin, Raymond and Ebonee.  He is currently majoring in Elementary Education and in enjoys playing video games in his spare time.
