2013: Harvey finished the season with 13 catches for 153 yards and one TD in 12 games… He had three catches for 39 yards against Samford (9-14-13) and three more grabs for 27 yards against Tennessee State (9-7-13)…
2012: Harvey saw action in eight of the Rattlers 11 games as he finished the season with 256 receiving yards on 25 receptions with one TD and his longest reception being for 38 yards. Harvey recorded a season high 78 receiving yards on five receptions against Delaware State (9-22-12) and tallied 50 receiving yards on three receptions against Bethune-Cookman (11-17-12).
2011: Harvey recorded 77 yards on nine catches with one TD in the four games, the participated in last season. He had four receptions for 29 yards with one TD against Bethune-Cookman (11-19-11) and had two receptions for 23 yards against Savannah State (10-15-11) and recorded two receptions for nine yards against North Carolina A&T (11-5-11).
High School: Harvey was a four sport letter winner in football, basketball, track and weight lifting at Florida High School in Tallahassee, Fla. In his senior season, Harvey was the team’s MVP, participated in the annual North vs. South Florida All-Star game. A First Team All-Big Bend selection and was named the team’s MVP in basketball. Also in his senior year, Harvey recorded 2,000 receiving yard and tallied 600 yards rushing with 15 TD receptions and five rushing TDs on the ground.
In his junior year, Harvey recorded 2,000 receiving yards, 700 rushing years and a total of 16 TDs with 10 of them being receiving TDs and six of them being rushing TDs, earning All-Big Bend Honorable Mentions honors and was named the team’s offensive MVP.
Personal: DeWayne Keith Harvey II was born on January 5, 1993 to Donna and DeWayne Harvey in Sarasota, Fla., and has two sibling Darius and Danielle Harvey. He is currently majoring in Physical Therapy and enjoys playing the piano in his spare time.
