Walker started in 18 of the 31
games that he played in averaging 8.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists per
game. Walker recorded a season high
19-point performance against the University of Florida (12-1-09), dropped in 15
points against Norfolk State (1-11-10) and collected 13 points against the
University of San Diego (1-3-10).
Walker pulled down a season high 10 rebounds against Florida
International (12-3-09) and Norfolk State (1-11-10).
@Junior College:
Walker was a two-year letter winner in
basketball at Wallace-Selma Junior College in Selma, Ala. He finished his career at Wallace-Selma
Junior College averaging 18 points and 13 rebounds per game. Walker scored a career high 44 points and
pulled down a season high 21 rebounds in one game.
@High School:
Walker was a
four-year letter winner in basketball at Aliceville High School in Aliceville, Ala. He finished his senior season 18 points and
12 rebounds per game to lead the team in rebounds and scoring.
Walker
in his junior season of play averaged 13 points and 12 rebounds per game. He finished the season as the team's leader
in rebounding and double-doubles. Walker scored a career high 27 points in a
game.
He
finished his sophomore season averaging 11 point and 12 rebounds per game and
averaged eight points and 10 rebounds per game his freshman year.
