2009-10:
Jackson started in all 29 games that he played in
for the Rattlers. He finished the season
averaging 8.9 points and 6.1 rebounds per game, ranking sixth in the conference
in defensive rebounds per game (4.3) and seventh in rebounds per game. He recorded a double-double against Albany
State (12-9-09) as he scored 22 points
and pulled down 11 rebounds. He also
scored 18 points and pulled down 12 rebounds against Cleveland State
(11-19-09). Jackson recorded his final
double-double of the season as he pulled down 11 boards and scored 16 points
against Winston-Salem State (1-30-10).
@2008-09:
Jackson started in 14 of the Rattlers' 31 games, averaging 6.4 points
and 4.4 rebounds per game. He recorded a
double-double against Bethune-Cookman (3-5-09) with 18 points and 10
rebounds. Jackson also scored 18 points
against Norfolk State (2-9-09) and had a 16-point performance against Delaware
State (2-23-09). He also pulled down
nine rebounds against Maryland Eastern Shore (2-21-09).
@2007-08:
Jackson earned MEAC All-Rookie honors as freshman averaging 6.3 points and 3.7
rebounds per game, while starting in 15 of the 32 games, that he played
in. Jackson scored a season high 21
points against Maryland Eastern Shore (2-23-08), 15 points against Savannah
State (11-17-07) and poured in 13 points
against Carver College (11-12-07). He
pulled down a season high nine rebounds against Howard (1-12-08) and Baylor
University (12-31-07).
@High School:
Jackson was a four-year letterwinner in
basketball at West Gadsden High School in Greensboro, Fla., where he averaged
20 points, 11 rebounds, four assists and three blocks per game his senior
season, earning First Team Class 2A All-State honors and First Team All-Big
Bend regional honors.
In
his junior season for WGHS, Jackson
earned Second Team All-Big Bend and
Second Team 2A All-State honors, by averaging 22 points, 10 rebounds, three
assists and three blocks per game. His
best high school performance was when he scored 35 points and pulled down 18
rebounds in one game

Larry Jackson, Jr., was born on October 1,
1988 to Larry and Stephanie Jackson in Chattahoochee, Fla. He has one sister, Candice. He serves as a North Florida Rotary Youth
Camp and also serves as a counselor for physically and mentally handicapped
kids. He enjoys listening to music in
his spare time.
