2009-10:
Jenkins started in 29 of the 31 Rattlers
games that he played. He finished the season averaging 7.2 points, 2.7 assists
and 1.4 rebounds per game, ranking him 11th
in the conference in
assists. He scored a season high 16
points against Delaware State (1-18-10)
and pumped in 15 points against Howard (2-20-10) and added 14 points against Howard (1-23-10)
and Bethune-Cookman (3-4-10). Jenkins
dished a season high five assists against Rider (11-24-09), Florida (12-1-09),
Albany State (12-19-09), Maryland Eastern Shore (2-13-10) and Delaware State
(2-15-10).
Junior College:
Jenkins lettered in basketball at Panola
Junior College in Carthage, Texas. He
finished the season averaging 22 points, two assists and six rebounds per game,
earning Region 14 All-Conference honors.
Jenkins scored a career high 33 points against San Jacinto Junior
College, where he hit the game winning shot as time expired. In his freshman season of play, Jenkins
averaged 16 points, six assists and five rebounds per game, earning Region 14
All-Conference honors.
@High School:
Jenkins was a four-year letter winner in
basketball at Wings Academy High School in Bronx, N.Y. He finished his senior season averaging 30
points, five rebounds, six assists and two steals per game. Jenkins was a three time all-city selection,
was a Jordan All-American and a McDonalds All-American Nominee. He finished his career at Wings Academy as
the school's all-time leading scorer with 2,146 career points. He scored a career high 46 points against
Crane High School, hitting nine three-pointers.
Jenkins finished his junior season averaging 22
points, five assists, five rebounds and two steals per game and averaging 20
points, five assists five rebounds and two steals per game in his sophomore
season of play.

Rasheem Jenkins was born on December 2, 1988
to Aretha Jenkins in Bronx, N. Y. He has
two siblings, Daqawa Lains and Candice
Collins. He is currently majoring in
Criminal Justice and enjoys reading and watching television in his spare time.
