Biography

Greg Nelson comes to the Rattler squad with experience and accuracy as a shooting guard.  He attended Martin County High School, where he won Treasure Coast Player of the Year.  He won CBS player of the week and first team Palm Beach Post.  His team went 26-3 and made it to the FHSAA regional semifinals.  They were district champions behind his 14.9 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.9 steals-per-game.  

 

He attended Frank Phillips Junior College in Texas.  He was all-conference honorable mention, with a career high of 29 points with six three-pointers made in one game.

His parents are John and Michele Nelson.  He has two brothers (Ronnie and JohnJr.) and one sister (Alyse).

His hobbies include: Video games, the beach and basketball.
