Bobby King comes to the Rattlers from Lawson State College. The forward is from Birmingham, Ala., where he attended Woodlawn High School. He was not only active as an athlete, but was a well-rounded student and activist. Along with playing basketball, he played baseball, ran track, was on the student government, the heritage panel and a member of the choir.
His senior season, he went 27-6, ending No.2 in the state. He made All-Area, All-Region, All-Northeast and was the Powerade Slam Dunk Champion. He averaged 12 points and 10 rebounds. He was also elected prom king and homecoming king.
He attended Wallace State hsi first season and then transferred to Lawson State for his sophomore season. His family members are Bobby King, his father and Latonya Mason, his mother. He has two brothers (DeAndre King, Davarus king) and three sisters (Janay King, Deaisha Brown, Shaun King).
His hobbies are everything to do with sports, drawing and hand crafts.
