@2013-14: Foreman played in 27 games a yearago (starting eight) , averaging 4.9 rebounds and 2.6 points per game…She had five double digit rebounding games, topped by a season-high 15 boards against Troy (11-11-13), 12 against Souther University (11-15-13), 11 against Tennessee State (11-17-13) and 10 against Stetson (12-2-13) and Norfolk State (12-5-13)… She scored a season high 10 points at North Carolina Central (2-10-14), to go with nine rebounds.
@2012-13: Foreman was a solid performer for the Lady Rattlers in 2012-13, after missing the first eight games due to academic reasons. She finished the season as the team’s leading rebounder averaging 8.4 rebounds per game and 6.6 points per game. Forman recorded five double-doubles on the season as she pulled down a season high 16 boards and scored 11 points against Morgan State (3-7-13) and pulled down a team high 15 rebounds and scored 10 against South Carolina State (1-21-13). In addition, Foreman recorded double-doubles against North Carolina Central (2-9-13), Bethune-Cookman(2-2-13) and Western Kentucky (12-21-13).
@2011-12: Foreman started in two of the 30 games she played, finishing the season averaging 3.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game. She scored a season high 10 points against South Carolina State (1-16-12), had eight points against both North Carolina Central ( 1-7-12) and Norfolk State (2-27-12). Foreman recorded two 10-rebound performances on the season against Nebraska (11-25-11), and NCCU (1-7-12).
@High School: Foreman was a three sport letter winner in volleyball, basketball and track and field at Silver Bluff High School in Aiken, S.C. She finished her senior season averaging 19.0 points, 12.3 rebounds 3.1 assists, 2.6 steal and 2.9 blocks per game. She was named the Top 5 Class AA Preseason Select Player for South Carolina and was named the 2011 Augusta Chronicle Player of the Year. In addition, she was a North –South elected Player of the Year and CSR All-Star Selection.
Foreman in her junior season averaged 15.3 points, 11.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.4 steals and 1.9 blocks per game, earning All-Region honors. She was named the team’s Most Valuable Player and was named the MVP of the Robolli’s Classic. In addition, Foreman was an All-State selection, and was named the team’s Best Offensive Player, while earning the Bulldog Award.
Foreman’s best performance of her high school career was when she was named the Christmas Tourney MVP in Evans, Ga. She finished her career at Silver Bluff scoring 1,362 points.
@Personal: Jamie Shanice Foreman was born on February 18, 1993 to Jimmie and Karen Foreman in Augusta, Ga. She has two siblings, brother Jimmie Foreman and her twin sister Kaylin Foreman. She is currently a member of the Youth Ministry and is a member of the Youth Choir. Her cousin, Troy Williams played for the Minnesota Vikings and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Foreman is currently majoring in Physical Education and likes listening to music and shopping in her spare time.
