Jamie Foreman out of Beach Island, South Carolina is a junior Criminal Justice student who goes by the of nickname of “Jay”. At the height of 5'11”,  Jamie is the daughter of Karen and Jimmy Foreman and plays small forward for the Lady Rattlers. In her leisure time she enjoys listening to music selections of R&B and hip-hop, bonding with her parents, hanging with  her twin sister Kaylin and little brother Jamari Foreman.

Under head hoach McKinzey at Silver Bluff High School in Aiken, S.C., she won all-state as a basketball player every year of her high school career with a mark of 1,362 points total. She also earned all-state her senior year in volleyball. While at Silver Bluff High School she had a career high of 25 points, 12 rebounds and two assists. She was also just as successful on and off the court receiving acknowledgment for being on the A/B honor roll her freshman and sophomore years. Aside from basketball, Foreman was a member of the track and field team participating in the shot put and high jump in high school.

At FAMU Foreman has been acknowledged as one of the top ranked basketball players in the MEAC division her freshman and sophomore years.  Head coach LeDawn Gibson will rely on her game-changing abilities to lead the Lady Rattlers this season.

Foreman strongly admires and looks up to her father Jimmie Foreman, who played collegiate basketball at Alderson Broaddus College in Virginia as a small forward.
