BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Florida A&M University continued its strong showing on the indoor track and field circuit as sophomore sprinter Amani Kinon earned Southwestern Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honors following a standout performance at the UAB Blazer Invitational.

Kinon delivered a commanding effort in the 300 meters, clocking a winning time of 38.89 seconds to finish first against a competitive field. Her performance not only secured the event victory but also reinforced Florida A&M's growing presence among the SWAC's elite indoor programs this season.
