TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | The Florida A&M University basketball teams are gearing up to tip-off the 2019-20 season and now is your chance to purchase season tickets.
SEASON TICKET PACKAGES
18 home men's and women's basketball games - $140
Doubleheader Tickets - $20 per game
Single Game Tickets - $10 per game
Fans can purchase tickets through the FAMU Ticket Office. The box office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Hours are extended prior to University events. Tickets are available for purchase at the Box Office located in the Alfred Lawson Teaching Gymnasium 1835 Wahnish Way. Tickets may also be purchased online for all events sold through the University Box Office at www.ticketmaster.com.
The FAMU men's basketball team has eight home dates, while the Lady Rattlers play 11 games inside the Lawson Multipurpose Center.
The Rattler men's team, led by head coach Robert McCullum, return 11 players from last season, including the 2019 MEAC Rookie of the Year, M.J. Randolph. The Rattlers finished the 2018-19 season with its first winning conference record since the 2006-07 slate.
FAMU's home schedule features eight contests against MEAC opponents, including a visit from the three-time defending MEAC champion North Carolina Central Eagles, on Jan. 20, and rival, Bethune Cookman, Feb. 1.
On the women's side, first-year head coach Kevin Lynum and his Lady Rattlers return five players from the 2018-19 campaign.
Last season, the Lady Rattlers won three games inside Lawson, including a 57-52 upset of WNIT participant, Miami University of Ohio.
The women open their home schedule against Trinity Baptist on Nov. 15. The Lady Rattlers also have a home date against the defending MEAC Champion, Bethune-Cookman, on Feb. 1.
