2010:        West started in the first 15 games that she played at first base, before missing the rest of the season due to a knee injury.  She tallied nine hits in 43-at bats, scoring three runs, while driving in six.  West recorded two doubles and garnered one stolen base on the season.  She  recorded two hits against Villanova (2-19-10), Troy (2-20-10), Mercer (2-23-10) and Eastern Michigan (3-6-10).                                       

 

High School:   West was a four-year letter winner in softball al Chiles High School in Tallahassee, Fla., where she earned First Team All-Big Bend honors her senior and junior season of play.

 

Personal:   Taylor Jordan West was born on February 19, 1991 to Nicki and Terry West in Tallahassee, Fla.  She has three siblings: Austyn West , Mayson West and Terry West, Jr.  West is currently majoring in Biology and lists softball as one of her hobbies.
