TALLAHASSEE, Fla. --The Florida A&M volleyball team walked away with a three-set victory over the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils Sunday at home at Lawson Multipurpose Center.Â
The conference victory improved Florida A&M's record to 3-10 overall and 1-1 in SWAC action.Â
Iyonnie Sanford finished with 11 kills on the day to lead the Rattlers offense and got nine digs from Ruxandra Flueras to lead them defensively.Â

SET 1 | The Rattlers took control of the set-one lead at 4-3 and never looked back to win 25-15. Florida A&M led by 11 points at 24-13 before closing out the set.Â
SET 2 | Florida A&M won set two 25-17 to quickly grab a 2-0 lead. The Rattlers never trailed by more than five points and grabbed the advantage for good at 10-9 in a set that showcased two lead changes before Florida A&M took over the lead.Â
SET 3 | Florida A&M closed the match in a 3-0 sweep after winning set three. The Rattlers scored first and never trailed in the set to secure a 25-16 victory. Florida A&M opened up as much as a 10 point lead at 18-8 before closing out the set, collecting 17 kills in the process.Â
