Daniel Richardson named the BOXTOROW HBCU National Player of the Week

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –– Florida A&M's Daniel Richardson was named the BOXTOROW HBCU National Player of the Week following his performance in the 24-23 win over Norfolk State.

Richardson made his Rattlers' debut on the biggest stage, during a week zero game versus Norfolk State in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge on ABC, and showed the world he is ready to be QB1 for the Rattlers. Richardson was named the MEAC/SWAC Challenge MVP after leading the Rattlers to victory, going 22/30 with 286 passing yards and three touchdowns. Richardson added 32 rushing yards on three carries.
