TALLAHASSEE, FL --Senior Amaya Gainer went 1-for-3 with a triple for the Florida A&M Rattlers in an 8-2 loss to the Jacksonville Dolphins on Saturday.
Junior Lauryn Peppers (0-4) started and took the loss in the circle for Florida A&M (3-13).
Gainer led the way offensively for the Rattlers, going 1-for-3 in the ballgame with a triple and a walk. Junior Kayla Alexandre put together a standout performance at the dish as well, going 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Sophomore Neriah Lee also contributed, going 1-for-2 for Florida A&M with an RBI.
