The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) has announced the suspension of two student athletes, one from Florida A&M University (FAMU) and one from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU), following an altercation that took place after the conclusion of the football game on Saturday, November 9.

In addition to the suspensions, both Florida A&M University and Prairie View A&M University have been fined $25,000 each due to their involvement in the incident. Florida A&M University has decided to appeal the fine imposed by the SWAC.
