TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida A&M Head Football Coach Quinn Fordham Gray Sr. has announced their 2026 summer camp schedule, featuring four events designed to develop prospects, engage the community and showcase the Rattler brand. The camps, set for June at Bragg Memorial Stadium, range from elite prospect evaluations to position-specific clinics and a first-of-its-kind women's football experience.
2026 FAMU Football Camp Schedule
The series opens June 5 with Helmet & Heels, an event geared toward women ages 21 and older. The clinic offers participants a behind-the-scenes look at football fundamentals, from route running and play-calling to equipment fitting, all in a fun, interactive setting. The event is part of a growing national trend of programs inviting women into the football experience to deepen fan engagement and broaden the sport's reach.
The Prospect Camp follows June 6 and is open to athletes ages 13 and older. The camp gives high school and post-graduate players the opportunity to compete in front of FAMU's coaching staff in a structured evaluation setting. Prospects will be put through position-specific drills and compete in one-on-one and team periods designed to simulate game-day situations.
June 11 features a doubleheader of specialized camps. The 7v7 Camp is open to athletes ages 13–18 and focuses on skill-position development in a seven-on-seven format, emphasizing passing concepts, defensive coverage and competitive team play. Running concurrently, the Big Man Camp targets linemen and interior players ages 13 and older, providing position-specific instruction in blocking technique, pass-rush fundamentals and leverage.
The camps represent a key recruiting and community-building initiative for the Rattlers as the program continues to elevate its profile in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Prospective campers and their families are encouraged to visit the Florida A&M football camps website for full event details, pricing and registration links.
