TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | Florida A&M volleyball recorded at least 20 points in all three sets, but it wasn't enough; the team dropped a three-set match to Stetson (22-25, 27-29, 23-25) Friday night (Sept. 8). Brooke Lynn Watts finished with 14 kills behind a .303 hitting percentage, while freshman Shelby Chamblin added a career-high 13.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Rattlers fell behind early, dropping the first set 25-22. Stetson grabbed the advantage for good at 9-8 in a set that was tied up six times.
SET 2 | The evenly-paced set highlighted five lead changes and nine ties. The Hatters scored four straight, with FAMU sitting at set point.
SET 3 | Florida A&M lost the set 25-23 despite a strong showing on the attacking end. Florida A&M put together a .364 attack percentage with 16 kills. All of Rattler Nation was on its feet inside the Al Lawson Center when a kill by Chamblin evened things at 23-all, but FAMU was unable to turn the corner.
