Rattlers prepare for final regular season series against Bethune-Cookman

Eight seniors will be honored during Saturday's game

Tallahassee, FL. | Florida A&M baseball (25-26, 18-9 SWAC) will close out the regular season in a three-game series versus Bethune-Cookman tomorrow at Moore-Kittles. The first pitch of game one is slated for 5 p.m. Eight seniors will be honored during Saturday's series finale.

Game Three: Saturday 1 p.m. | Stats



The Last Time Out 

The Rattlers went 0-3 in a series against Jackson State last week. 
The Rattlers lost five of six games to Jackson State this season. 



About The Rattlers 

  • The Rattlers offense has been getting better throughout the season, bringing in 454 total hits, 255 RBIs, 305 runs, 81 doubles, and 29 home runs. They also have a cumulative batting average of .266. The Rattlers have six different players with 20+ RBIs this season, such as Grant Rowell (35), LJ Bryant (35), Joseph Pierini (30), Adam Haidermota (30), Jared Weber (21), and Ethan Jenkins (20).
  • The Rattlers also have one of the best pitching staffs in the league, ranking third in the SWAC with a team ERA of .5.57 and an opposing batting average of .300 and 406 strikeouts. Hunter Viets leads all pitchers with 86 strikeouts.
