CLEMSON, S.C. | The Florida A&M men's and women's track and field teams traveled to Clemson for their first indoor meet of the season.
Men's Team
The men's team had two participants that finished first in Clemson. Josiah Davis narrowly won the one-mile run defeating Clemson's Michael Smith by less than half a second with a time of 4.20:35. Pache' Caldwell was the other first-place winner for the Rattlers as Caldwell posted a 1.98m in the high jump.
The Rattlers placed top five in three other events.
• Pache' Caldwell - Long Jump - 6.92m - Fourth Place
• Jaylyn Scott - 200 Dash - 21.71 - Fifth Place
• Javante Stephens - High Jump - 1.92m - Fifth Place
Women's Team
The women's team had a strong outing in Clemson, with seven top-five finishes.
• Denae Hill - Shot Put - 12.33m - Second Place
• Serenity Williams - One Mile Run - 5:56.92 - Second Place
• Ilyria Johns - 200 Dash - 24.85 - Third Place
• Rachel Robertson - Triple Jump - 12.42m - Third Place
• Kiara Ivy - Pole Vault - 3.45m - Fourth Place
• London Shaw - Shot Put - 12.10m - Fourth Place
• Skila Rodgers - Triple Jump - 11.61m - Fifth Place
