NORFOLK, Va.| Florida A&M University sophomore outfielder
Jared Weber was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Baseball Co-Player of the Week for games played March 3 – March 9, the conference announced on Monday.
Weber went a combined 9-for-15 (.600) at the plate in four games, driving in three runs and scoring four times. The Wakulla, Fla. native went 4-for-4 in game two against Jackson State, and in the finale, went 3-for-4 at the plate with three RBIs and two runs scored, with a double, a home run and a walk.
