Scroggins remains in Tallahassee after joining the team in 2023 as a graduate. Scroggins saw action in 31 matches and was fifth on the team with 127 digs. Scroggins was also one of the top servers, finishing second with 26 service aces.

Before joining the Rattlers, Scroggins played at Texas Southern.
