DULUTH, Ga. — Florida A&M delivered a commanding performance at the Bridgestone HBCU Invitational capturing the team title at 21-under par while sweeping the top individual honors in a display of depth and dominance.

"Our guys delivered from the very first tee," said Head Coach Mike Rice. "To not only lead the field by a wide margin but also sit first and second in the individual standings shows just how strong and balanced this team is. This is the kind of start we wanted for the season, and it gives us momentum and confidence to keep building toward something special."

The Rattlers finished with a team score of 843 after rounds of 277, 275 and 291, easily outpacing second-place Howard, which closed at 3-over 867. Tennessee State placed third at +34, while Southern and Jackson State trailed further back.

Florida A&M's charge was led by Phalatphon Viboonviriyasakul, who claimed medalist honors at 11-under 205 after rounds of 70, 67 and 68. Teammate Sascha Robinson was close behind, finishing runner-up at 9-under 207.

The Rattlers also placed Emilio Garcia in a tie for third at 5-under 211, sharing the spot with Howard's Mathis Perroni. Another FAMU standout, Miguel Llas, finished in the top 10 at +6.

Florida A&M's depth proved the difference, with all five Rattlers contributing across the three rounds. Even with one player outside the top 15, FAMU's firepower was unmatched.

On day one of the tournament, the program set a record with a – 24 in the opening round.
