Montgomery, AL - Florida A&M baseball will travel to Montgomery to face Alabama State for their final road series this weekend, beginning tomorrow at 5 p.m. The Rattlers swept the hornets at home in April. The Rattlers sit three games above the Hornets in first place in the SWAC East.

The Rattlers dropped two of three games at home against Bethune-Cookman last week.

SWAC Player of the Week honors

Caleb Granger earned Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) honors for the third time this season, being named the SWAC Pitcher of the Week.

Granger had an outstanding performance on the mound, pitching seven innings and throwing seven strikeouts in the 4-0 win versus Bethune-Cookman.
