FAMU Athletics is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans, staff, players, and coaches. To help us provide this first-class environment, we ask that all patrons and attendees follow these guidelines:Â
•           Contribute to making the environment of FAMU Athletics the best by upholding the spirit of collegiate athletics.Â
•           Ensure all fans are treated in a consistent, professional, and polite way by all staff and team personnel.Â
•           Support our teams in a positive manner while treating visiting fans, teams and officials with dignity and respect.Â
•           Promote an environment that minimizes disruption, creates a safe atmosphere for all, prevents interference with the game and ensures the enjoyment of the game for everyone.Â
•           Refrain from using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures or attire.Â
•           Be responsible when consuming alcoholic beverages. Impairment, intoxication, underage consumption, and unruly behavior will be addressed immediately.Â
•           Sit only in the seat designated on your ticket and be prepared to present your ticket, if requested.
•           Acknowledge that Florida A&M University is a tobacco-free campus, including e-cigarettes and smokeless cigarettes/tobacco.Â
•           Comply with emergency messages, emergency procedures and requests from staff concerning the facility and gameday operations.Â

DRONES (NO DRONE POLICY)
Operation of drones is prohibited in and around the stadium during game day.Â
Explanation: We coordinate with the FAA and the Tallahassee International Airport tower when we occupy the airspace above Bragg Memorial Stadium. With our proximity less than five (5) miles from the airport, it is crucial to maintain consistency in our airspace as routes may take planes within our airspace above Bragg Stadium. In addition, falling drones and drones with harmful intentions have become an issue of concern for law enforcement. TPD will be authorized to use their techniques of disabling drones in the airspace above Bragg Stadium, which may include the destruction of drones in the Bragg Memorial Stadium footprint. Anyone wishing to request permission to fly over Bragg Stadium will need to request permission and receive it in writing from FAMU Athletics.Â

FIELD ACCESS
Only those authorized persons with valid credentials are allowed access to the playing field and sidelines at any time (including pre- and post-game). Violators are subject to arrest and ejection from the stadium.Â

FIRST AID
First Aid stations are located at Gate 17.  Emergency Medical Services (EMS) are located at gates 11 and 17.  For assistance, contact a stadium usher or police officer.Â
Â
FOOD/BEVERAGES
Fans may not bring food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, inside of the stadium. Concession stands are located throughout the East Concourse and offer a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages.Â

GAME DAY STADIUM ENTRY
Fans are permitted to enter through the following Gates:Â

NOISE MAKERS
Artificial noisemakers are not permitted inside of Bragg Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, air horns, bells, and whistles. Prohibited items may be confiscated.Â

PARKING
Parking is on a first come first served basis.  We are asking all spectators to enter from the east side of the stadium. Â
ADA PARKING
The designated area for ADA parking is located on the Southeast side of Bragg Stadium.  Guests searching for an ADA parking space need to have a valid disabled persons parking placard or license plate.  ADA parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. Overflow ADA parking is at the Welcome Center.

RV PARKING
Fans who are permitted to RV Parking will be located in the Villages parking lot. Fans who will be RV parking will be allowed to park beginning 5pm Friday. Parking is on a first-come first-served basis.
RADIOS
Hand-held and pocket-sized portable radios are allowed in the facility. Please be considerate of other patrons and use an earpiece or headphones to listen to your radio.Â

RE-ENTRY POLICY
Fans are not allowed to re-enter the stadium once they leave.  Â
SMOKING AND TOBACCO POLICY
FAMU is a smoke-free and tobacco-free campus.  Smoking is not permitted in the seating area, ramps, or concourse areas of Bragg Stadium. This policy prohibits the use of any tobacco products on campus grounds including parking areas, parking structures, lawns, and sidewalks. The use of all forms of tobacco including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco are banned.Â

SOLICITATION
Florida A&M University does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers, or other promotional/advertising materials on FAMU property. If your business organization is interested, contact the Office of Business and Auxiliary Services at 850-599-3090.Â
TAILGATING
Tailgaiting is permitted at Bragg Memorial Stadium.  It will be confined to the designated parking areas and be available on a first-come first-served basis, and shall not impede traffic flow.   No tailgating is allowed in any parking garage or campus roadway.Â
Charcoal grills are PROHIBITED. No food, souvenir or clothing vendors are allowed in the designated tailgating areas. Tailgaters are expected to collect and bag their trash before they leave. The University will provide trash containers and  for the convenience of fans. Individual porta potties are PROHIBITED.Â
The cooperation of fans in adhering to these designated spaces will aid the University in providing a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.Â

TRAINING TENT/FIRST AID
Tents for athletic trainers will be located in the Southwest End Zone. The Ambulance will be stationed at Gate 17 and EMS will be at Gates 17 and 11 throughout the game. Â

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are prohibited inside of the stadium. If severe weather is in the forecast, fans are encouraged to bring ponchos. Â

VENDING
All approved vendors will be set up in the designated areas. Food vendors will only be allowed to set up in front of Gaither Gym. Only vendors who are approved by the Department of Athletics will be allowed to vend on the campus of Florida A&M University on football game day. All vendors must be licensed and insured and must be verified prior to setup on FAMU campus. The University will conduct inspections to ensure adherence to this policy.Â

WEATHER
For weather updates that may affect games, fans may check the following website:Â
https://www.weather.gov/tae/. In case of lightning, we will ask all fans in the stands to evacuate to the Al Lawson Center until the "all clear" sign is given. Event activities will resume once lightning is determined to be outside of the NCAA lightning protocol radius or no lightning strikes within a three-mile radius. Â

WEAPONS
No weapons of any kind are permitted in Bragg Memorial Stadium, in Galimore Fieldhouse, Lawson Center, or in any designated FAMU venue. Any individual carrying a weapon on campus must secure their weapon in their vehicle or other property prior to entering the building or other campus facility. This policy does not include weapons used by off-duty law enforcement officers.Â

ON-FIELD ACCESS/ENTRY
The playing surface at Bragg Stadium is not to be entered before, during or after games by any patrons who have not obtained permission to do so. In addition, all gates that lead down to the field from the stands will be secured during games. No field access is granted to any individual that does not have an established function and is credentialed as determined by the FAMU Department of Athletics.  Violators are subject to arrest and ejection from the stadium.  Â
