Florida A&M Rattlers
The Rattlers enter the weekend on a three-game losing streak after their last win was versus Jackson State at home.
 
The Rattlers have relied on Jalen Speer during SWAC play as he leads the team with 17.5 PPG, which is third in the SWAC. Shannon Grant (12.2 PPG) and Keith Lamar (10 PPG) have been the Rattlers' other primary scorers in SWAC play.

The Hornets enter the weekend after winning their last game against Mississippi Valley State ending a three-game losing streak in conference play. They find themselves in a three-way tie for sixth place, just one game out of third going into the final five games. TJ Madlock leads the team in scoring at 15.3 points per game, one of the top-10 scorers in the league. CJ Hines is averaging 10.3 per game, while Isaiah Range is at 8.8 per game. Ubong Okon leads the team in rebounding (6.6) and blocked shots, both top-10 in the league through 26 games.
 
Alabama A&M Bulldogs (from AAMUSports.com)
Alabama A&M (8-18 overall, 7-6 SWAC) has stormed back into the conference tournament picture after winning five out the previous six games, including home victories over Mississippi Valley State and Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Bethune-Cookman (12-14, 7-6) enters the game on a two-game skid after falling, 61-60, to Jackson State on Monday. Florida A&M (4-20, 2-11), which plays host to Alabama State on Saturday, is riding a six-game losing streak, with its last win coming on Jan. 29, an 88-86 win at home against Jackson State.
