TROY, Ala --The Florida A&M Rattlers had a tough showing on Thursday, falling to the Troy Trojans by final score of 11-3.
Freshman Zoryana Hughes (0-2) started and took the loss in the circle for Florida A&M (0-6).
Junior Samantha Smith led the way offensively for the Rattlers, going 1-for-3 in the ballgame with a home run and three RBI. Senior Nyomi Jones provided a noteworthy performance as well, going 2-for-3. Sophomore Kayla Aldridge also chipped in, going 1-for-1 for Florida A&M with a double.
