Javan Morgan, Kendall Bohler, Marcus Riley Reese's Watch List

Rattlers lead all HBCUs with three on Reese’s Senior Bowl watch list

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –– For the third straight season, the Rattlers have representation on the Reese's Senior Bowl watch list and lead all HBCUs this season with three. 
 
Defensive backs Javan Morgan, Kendall Bohler, and wide receiver Marcus Riley continue to streak for the Rattlers and set a new program-high with three after Isaiah Land made the list in 2022 and Markquese Bell in 2021.
 
Javan Morgan
Morgan returns after leading the Rattlers in 2022 with four interceptions and enters the season having been named to the following lists:
• All-SWAC Preseason First Team
• Aeneas Williams Award Watch List
• Bruce Feldman's Freak List
• Phil Steele All-SWAC Preseason First Team
• Reese's Senior Bowl Watch List
 
Kendall Bohler
Bohler returns after being one of the Rattlers' top corners the last two seasons and enters the season having been named to the following lists:
• All-SWAC Preseason First Team
• Aeneas Williams Award Watch List
• Bruce Feldman's Freak List
• Phil Steele All-SWAC Preseason First Team
• Reese's Senior Bowl Watch List
• BOXTOROW Preseason All-American
 
Marcus Riley
Riley joins the Rattlers after spending the 2022 season at Bethune-Cookman. Riley had over 500 receiving yards in 2022. Riley enters the season having been named to the following lists:
• All-SWAC Preseason Second Team
• Phil Steele All-SWAC Preseason First Team
• Reese's Senior Bowl Watch List
 
The Rattlers have had six players participate in the Senior Bowl, with Bob Felts and Bob Hayes representing the Rattlers in 1965, Henry Lawrence in 1974, Tony Ezell in 1992, William Carroll in 1993, and Isaiah Land in 2023.
