TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –– Florida A&M Football is less than 100 days away from the start of another exciting season, opening up against Jackson State for the second time in three years. After the last two games were on ESPN2, this year's Orange Blossom Classic will be played on ESPN.
"We are extremely excited to open our 2023 football season on the Worldwide Leader in Sports!" said Head Coach
Willie Simmons. "It doesn't get any bigger than ESPN, and we cannot wait to put our brand on display for the world to see!"
This will be the first time the Rattlers have played on ESPN since the 1995 Heritage Bowl versus Southern University.
The Rattlers are scheduled to play the Tigers Sunday, September 3, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern. Fans may purchase tickets at the FAMU Box Office located at the Al Lawson Center or by visiting orangeblossomclassic.com.
