TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Senior Nadia Zenteno was dealing on Sunday, tossing a two-hit shutout to lead the Florida A&M Rattlers past the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devilettes 8-0.

Zenteno (6-6) went the distance for Florida A&M (15-14, 8-4), giving up two hits, walking none and striking out six.

In the batter's box, the Rattlers were led by senior Nyah Morgan, who went 2-for-3 on the day with two doubles and an RBI. Senior Da'Ondalyn Simmons put together a noteworthy day at the dish as well, going 1-for-2 with two RBI. Senior Brianne Hill also helped out for Florida A&M, putting together one hit in two trips to the plate while adding two RBI.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Rattlers took the lead for good in the first, scoring for the first time in the inning. Florida A&M's offense started clicking and put up six runs, including a two-run single off the bat of Simmons and a two-run single from Hill.
