TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Senior Nadia Zenteno was dealing on Sunday, tossing a two-hit shutout to lead the Florida A&M Rattlers past the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devilettes 8-0.
Zenteno (6-6) went the distance for Florida A&M (15-14, 8-4), giving up two hits, walking none and striking out six.
In the batter's box, the Rattlers were led by senior Nyah Morgan, who went 2-for-3 on the day with two doubles and an RBI. Senior Da'Ondalyn Simmons put together a noteworthy day at the dish as well, going 1-for-2 with two RBI. Senior Brianne Hill also helped out for Florida A&M, putting together one hit in two trips to the plate while adding two RBI.
