Isaiah Major and Trey Wilhoit named FCS Football Central All-Americans

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –– Florida A&M linebacker Isaiah Major and punter Trey Wilhoit were named to the 2023 FCS Football Central All-American Third Team.

Isaiah Major
Major had an outstanding 2023 campaign, finishing the season named the SWAC Defensive Player of the Year and finishing 16th in the Buck Buchanan Award voting. Major finished the season with 100 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, a fumble recovery, and a game-sealing pick-six versus Alabama State.

Trey Wilhoit
Wilhoit was one of the best punters all season long in his first season with the Rattlers. Wilhoit averaged 44.1 yards per punt and had 14 punts over 50 yards and 12 pinned inside the 20. His season-long was 62 yards.
