TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- K'Jei Parker scored 18 points and Keith Lamar had 18 more, but the Rattlers fell to the Oregon Ducks 67-54 at home Monday.
Parker led the Rattlers (0-4) with 18 points. Lamar added 18 points and seven rebounds and Jordan Chatman helped out with five points.
How It Happened
After falling behind 18-14, Florida A&M went on a 7-0 run with 8:47 left in the first half, culminating in a bucket from Parker, to take a 21-18 lead. The Rattlers then surrendered that lead and entered halftime down 28-27.
Oregon kept widening its lead after intermission, constructing a 61-47 advantage before Florida A&M went on a 5-0 run, finished off by Lamar's three, to shrink the deficit to 61-52 with 3:30 to go in the contest. Oregon responded and outscored the Rattlers the rest of the way, ending the game with a final score of 67-54.
