Rattlers Conclude Appearance at K-State Invitational

MANHATTAN, Kansas | The Florida A&M volleyball team wrapped its appearance in the Kansas State Invitational with a 3-0 setback to the host Saturday (August 27). Dominique Washington finished with a team-high nine kills, while Brooke Hudson notched a team-high 13 digs.

The Wildcats led from start to finish, racing out to an early 6-1 edge in the opening set before posting similar results in each of the next two. The scores were credited, in part, to a -.041 attacking efficiency and 18 kills by FAMU, which marked the lowest productions this season. 
 
FAMU continues its season with a quick trek to Florida State Wednesday (August 31) at 6 p.m.
