TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | Markquese Bell earned many preseason All-American honors and has earned his first season award as he is named the Reese's Senior Bowl & Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Defensive Player of the Week.

Bell recorded a career-high 15 tackles (ten solos, five assists), one sack, one tackle for loss, and one forced fumble versus South Florida.

Bell has 19 tackles, two sacks, two tackles for loss, and one forced fumble on the season.
