The Florida A&M women's basketball concluded its season-opening, six-game road swing in defeat with a 57-36 decision to Jacksonville.
- Only two Rattlers have recorded 10 or more rebounds in a game this year; Malerie Brooks joined Staysha Allen with a career-high 11 against the Dolphins.
- Caylan Jones also recorded a career-high 10 points.
Veteran Status
Dylan Horton is having quite a fantastic debut season at FAMU. The Los Angeles native transferred into the program ahead of the 2021-22 season and has already doubled her scoring effort from her two seasons at Virginia combined. She currently leads the Rattlers with 12.7 PPG (ranking 11th in the Southwestern Athletic Conference) and has finished in double-figures four games this season, crowned by a career-high 19 points at Memphis.
