SANTA BARBARA, Calif. | MJ Randolph and Jalen Speer led the way for the Rattlers with 16 points apiece in tonight's 73-62 loss at UC Santa Barbara.
The Rattlers struggled defensively in the first half allowing the Gauchos to shoot 60% from the field as the Gauchos took a 41-23 lead into the half. The Rattlers stepped up their game as a whole in the second half outscoring the Gauchos 39-32 and holding them to 32% from the field, but it wasn't enough as the Gauchos were able to hold off the Rattlers late run.

The Rattlers travel to Phoenix to play Arizona State Tuesday, December 21, at 5 p.m. Eastern for their final game before the Rattlers come home for a couple of days.
