TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | The Florida A&M Department of Athletics has extended the renewal period for Investing in Champions, with the new deadline running through Wednesday, July 15. The original deadline of July 1 was extended due to the ongoing issues surrounding the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
 
Fans are encouraged to make phone calls to the Florida A&M Athletics Ticket Office at the Al Lawson Center at (850) 599-3141, or renew online here. 
 
Excitement for the third season of the Willie Simmons era is tremendously high after the 2019 season, which saw the Rattlers win nine games, including victories over North Carolina A&T State and South Carolina State. The Rattlers claimed the 2019 Black College Sports Network (BCSN) Black College Football National Championship as it was first FAMU's 15th national title.
 
Florida A&M begins the 2020 season on Sunday, Sept. 6 when the Rattlers meet Albany State in the Orange Blossom Classic at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.
