HATTIESBURG, Miss. | The Florida A&M University women's tennis team concluded the weekend with a 6-1 loss on Saturday afternoon to New Orleans.
Florida A&M (0-5) dropped the doubles point to fall behind 1-0 entering singles action.
In singles play,
Aylen Hubeaut earned a 6-3, 7-6, win at No. 2, but New Orleans claimed the match with wins at No. 1, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6.
Florida A&M returns to action on Friday, Feb. 7 in Boca Raton, Fla. against Florida Atlantic. First serve is scheduled for 11 a.m.
