Your contribution will benefit Florida A&M University's Athletic Department and will be administered by the FAMU Foundation. Gifts to the Foundation qualify as charitable contributions to an IRC Section 501(c) (3) public charity for federal income, estate and gift tax purposes. According to Internal Revenue Service regulations, the value of your contribution must be reduced by the value of the benefits you receive.
