Nicholas Sewak

Nicholas Sewak joined Florida A&M University as Co-Offensive Coordinator in January 2026, bringing a wealth of experience from programs across the Power Four and Group of Five levels.
 
A magna cum laude graduate of Georgia Southern University, Sewak earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in 2016 and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration in 2017. He launched his coaching career at Georgia Southern as an offensive assistant working with quarterbacks before transitioning to the University of North Carolina Charlotte (2017–2019) as an offensive graduate assistant.
 
Sewak went on to serve on staffs at the University of Tennessee (2019–2021) and the University of Memphis (2021–2022), developing expertise in offensive systems, player development, and multi-state recruiting. Most recently, he spent time at Duke University as an offensive analyst (January 2022–August 2023), contributing to quarterback and tight end development while supporting recruiting efforts across the Southeast.
 
Prior to arriving in Tallahassee, Sewak served as Associate Head Coach, Offensive Line Coach, and Run Game Coordinator at Albany State University, where he continued to sharpen his acumen as a run-game architect.
 
Sewak’s diverse background across prestigious collegiate programs — combined with his academic foundation in sports management and higher education — reflects a commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes both on and off the field.
