Ledon Pritchett joined Florida A&M Athletics in September 2023 as the director of facilities and operations.
Pritchett comes to the Rattlers after spending time with the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) since Spring 2020. He served as the primary liaison between the league office and the league’s equipment managers at each member institution.
He also assisted with coordinating operations for all SWAC championships, tournaments, and events.

Prior to joining the league office staff, Pritchett worked with the SWAC for several years as a game day staff worker assisting in a variety of areas including event management, operations, equipment, and facilities.
