Kennedy Marshall serves as Director of On Campus Recruiting for Florida A&M University Football, appointed by head coach Quinn Fordham Gray Sr.
In this role, Marshall oversees the coordination and execution of all on-campus recruiting activities, managing the full experience for prospective student-athletes and their families from arrival through departure.
Marshall brings hands-on experience at the highest levels of college football recruiting, having spent nearly four years as a Football Recruiting Intern at the University of Alabama — one of the most decorated programs in college football history. There she collaborated with the Associate Director of Recruiting on on-campus events, maintained recruiting databases including ARMS, facilitated both unofficial and official visits, and conducted in-depth research on prospective student-athletes and competing programs.
Her background also includes professional sports hospitality, having served as a Premium Service Intern with the Birmingham Barons, where she managed suite holder relations, guest interactions, and game-day operations.
A product of elite recruiting environments, Marshall brings operational precision, relationship-centered service, and a deep understanding of NCAA compliance standards to FAMU Football’s recruiting infrastructure.
