Casey Warming

  • Title
Portal & Juco Recruiting Coordinator | Tight Ends
Casey Warming enters his fourth season as Tight Ends Coach at Florida A&M University, having been retained by Head Coach Quinn Fordham Gray Sr. to continue his development of the Rattlers’ tight end room while expanding his responsibilities to include Transfer Portal and JUCO recruiting coordination.

Warming has built one of the most productive tight end units in the SWAC during his tenure in Tallahassee. In 2023, his group helped power FAMU to a 12-1 record, a SWAC Championship, and the HBCU National Championship — with tight ends combining for 54 catches, 743 yards, and four touchdowns as the Rattlers rose to fifth in the FCS national rankings. His unit followed that performance with 51 catches, 541 yards, and five touchdowns during the 2024 campaign.

Warming’s player development track record is evident in the honors earned under his watch, including back-to-back All-SWAC Second Team selections for Kamari Young (2023) and Koby Gross (2024), as well as Young’s selection to the HBCU Legacy Bowl.

A former tight end at Grambling State University — where he started 22 games over two seasons — Warming brings a player-first perspective to his coaching.

He attended the Minnesota Vikings’ 2022 training camp as a fullback before transitioning fully to coaching. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Grambling State.
