Brittany Beall

Brittany Beall became Florida A&M's seventh head softball coach in October 2024.

Beall joined the Rattlers after 16 years of experience leading Eustis High School with a career record of 257-77. Beall has guided her teams to multiple state championships and helped over 75 athletes secure opportunities in intercollegiate programs. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes not only athletic performance but also academic excellence and personal growth, creating an environment where student-athletes can achieve their highest potential both on and off the field.

Beall led Eustis to several significant achievements, including multiple district and regional championships and two Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Class 4A State Championships in 2021 and 2024. She also led the team to a state runner-up finish in 2017 and has been consistently recognized for her coaching excellence, earning numerous Coach of the Year awards from organizations like Florida Dairy Farmers, Miracle Sports, and Lake & Sumter Style.

In addition to her role at Eustis High School, Brittany has had the privilege of coaching elite teams and events, including serving as the International Team Africa Coach in 2024, where she guided top minority high school athletes to a Silver Division Runner-Up finish against Team China. She was also the Minority Prospects All-American Coach in 2023, where she worked with some of the best high school prospects across the country to enhance their skills, performance, and sportsmanship.

Beyond softball, Brittany has also been the Head Girls’ Weightlifting Coach at Eustis since 2012, leading a team of over 40 athletes to success at the district, regional, and state levels. Under her leadership, the weightlifting program has produced several state qualifiers and regional champions, and she has been instrumental in promoting a culture of strength, resilience, and teamwork among her athletes.

Brittany’s dedication to coaching, education, and community involvement has earned her numerous accolades and recognition. She was inducted into the Lake County Schools Alumni Hall of Fame in 2017 and has been consistently recognized for her outstanding contributions to high school athletics. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Belhaven College and a Bachelor of Science in Education of Exercise Science from Auburn University, where she was a four-year lettered Division I softball player, leading the Tigers in hits and steals her senior season. She is a proud member of several professional affiliations, including the Minority Softball Prospects, Florida Athletic Coaches Association, United States Specialty Sports Association, and Premier Fastpitch Association.
