Stephanie Colter became the assistant coach (jumps) of the women's and men’s track and field programs at Florida A&M University in August 2019.
Colter, a native of Sacramento, California, was a four-year student-athlete for the FAMU women's track & field championship team.
Colter is a two-time alum of FAMU, earning a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2013 and a master’s degree in sport exercise psychology in 2015. Colter is currently pursuing a doctorate in biostatistics & epidemiology at FAMU as well. Colter was also awarded the 2013 NCAA Ethnic Minority and Women's Enhancement Scholar award.
