Biography

High School: Nakia Linson lettered in track and field at Tucker High School in Tucker, Ga. She was a participant in the USATF Junior Olympics junior and senior year. Her senior year she was a member of the 2010 State Champion Team. In 2009, Linson was named Most Outstanding Runner and she was a 4A Region Champion in the 400 and 200 meter dash.

Personal: Nakia Shanay Linson was born on August 2, 1992 to Degail and Michael Storey in Atlanta, Ga. Linson has eight siblings, Keith, Michael, Tiffany, Rochelle, Akira, Demetrice, Kendall, and Joshua. She is a member of Crossroads Bible Church where she is a member of the choir, and praise team. She is currently majoring in physical education and enjoys eating, dancing and singing.
