TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida A&M athletics features a full slate of events this week, with men's golf, women's cross country, volleyball, and football all in action across Florida and at home in Tallahassee.

Men's Golf

The Rattlers' men's golf team will compete in the San Destin Collegiate in Miramar Beach, Fla., beginning Monday, Sept. 22, and continuing through Wednesday, Sept. 24. The three-day event provides Florida A&M an early-season test against a competitive collegiate field on the Florida Panhandle.

Women's Cross Country

On Friday, Sept. 26, the women's cross-country team will run in the FSU Cross Country Invitational in Tallahassee. The meet is scheduled for 8:20 a.m. and will serve as a key opportunity for the Rattlers to measure themselves against regional competition.

Volleyball

The Rattlers' volleyball program will play twice at home this week. Florida A&M opens its weekend with a matchup against Jackson State University on Friday, Sept. 26 in Tallahassee. The Rattlers then close the weekend with a Sunday, Sept. 28, contest against Mississippi Valley State, set for 1 p.m.

Football

Florida A&M football takes center stage on Saturday, Sept. 27, when the Rattlers host Alabama State University in a Southwestern Athletic Conference showdown. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. EST in Tallahassee. The game will be broadcast on HBCU GO and on 96.1 JAMZ.
